Mrs. Ott received her degree in library science from Case Western University and became the first children’s librarian at the Mansfield/Richland County Public Library. Here she is helping children in the children's department.

The recently purchased Mansfield/Richland County Public Library bookmobile participates in a parade in 1979. The bookmobile is passing the G. K. Wolf Realty Co. located at 519 Park Avenue West.
